In The Eye of the Beholder Art Gallery & Studio

   Scott Achankeng better known as ‘A.S. Kengart’ is an accomplished visual, contemporary, and mural artist, who began his career in his home country 'Cameroon' (Central Africa).  He studied art from the age of thirteen with over six years of education that included school and private lessons with artists from across the globe including the US, France, Senegal, China, Tunisia, and Algeria.....to name a few.

   He uses a wide range of mediums amongst which are acrylics, oil, pencil, pastel, and watercolor, specializing in murals, portraiture, and abstract art. A.S. Kengart has also exhibited work in multiple art galleries in the capital city of Yaounde, the commercial city of Douala, and the city of Buea in Cameroon as well as in Gainesville, Georgia at Quinlan Visual Art Gallery. to quote him, "It's a cold world and a short life.....all I intend is to add a little bit of color."
